माँ ने मुझे बोलना सिखाया
पापा ने आवाज उठाना सिखाया
माँ ने मुझे चलना सिखाया
पापा ने मुझे दौड़ना सिखाया
जब मैं कभी गिर गया
दोनों ने हाथ पकड़कर उठाया
माँ ने मुझे मेहनत करना सिखाया
पापा ने हमेशा मेरा हौंसला बढ़ाया
जब मैं कभी थक गया
दोनों ने पास बैठकर सुलाया
माँ ने मुझे सिर झुकाना सिखाया
पापा ने बुराई से लड़ना सिखाया
जब मैं कभी उलझ गया
दोनों ने मिलकर समझाया
माँ – पापा दोनों ने
मेरे लिए एक सपना संजोया
आज मैं खड़ा हूँ जिस जगह
यहाँ मुझे माँ और पापा ने पहुँचाया…………..

Mother taught me to speak.
Father taught me to raise my voice.
Mother taught me to walk.
Father taught me to run.
Whenever I fell,
both of them held hands and raised.
Mother taught me to work hard.
Father always encouraged me.
Whenever I got tired,
both of them slept me sitting together.
Mother taught me to bow my head.
Father taught me to fight evil.
Whenever I got into trouble,
both of them explained together.
Mother and father both
cherished a dream for me.
The place where I stand today,
my mother and father
brought me here…………..
